Exam Only options for both ServSafe Food Safety Manager AND CRAFT Training CO Alcohol RVT. ServSafe Food Safety Manger Exam Only Option is available at any time. The Alcohol Exam Only Option is only available to those that have taken the in-class option at least once, per State requirements.

State of CO LED Approved course for Responsible Vendor Training (RVT). 3-hour class & Certificaiton Exam.

Proctored Exam to complete the ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification. The class portion itself is not required. You may simply self-study and take the Exam in Proctored Session. 2-hours maximum.

ServSafe Alcohol Responsible Vendor Certification. Does not meet State of CO guidelines for approved RVT. A valuable class if you do not need to meet the State's RVT requirements

ServSafe Basic Food Handler Certificaiton for anyone to take. Primarily front-of-the-house employees and any other employees that handle food. 2-hour classes & Certification Exam.
