ServSafe allows for you to self-study and/or just take the exam to receive your Food Safety Manager Certification.

OPTION #1:
Attend Exam Only Session
Proctored Exam Only Option Sessions for ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification are held regularly. Choose the Proctored Exam Only Option sessions that are listed on the Current Schedule and specify the Food Safety Manager option in the registration field. Due to the closed nature of the Exam you cannot arrive late. You must preregister for this option.

OPTION #2:
Take Exam Only Option at any Existing Class
Proctored Exams occur at any scheduled Food Safety Manager Course on the Current Schedule and are administered at approximately 2:30PM at any class. Arrive 10 minutes prior to the exam. Due to the closed nature of the Exam you cannot arrive late. You must preregister for this option.
CRAFT Training CO Alcohol RVT
Exam Only Option:
CRAFT Training CO Alcohol RVT allows for an Exam Only Option, but it is ONLY AVAILABLE to individuals who have completed an In-Class version at least once before with Jon Balliet as Instructor/Proctor.

Proctored Exams occur at any scheduled CRAFT Training CO Alcohol RVT class on the Current Schedule and are administered at the 2.5 hour mark after the start time at every class. Arrive 10 minutes prior to the exam. Due to the closed nature of the Exam you cannot arrive late. You must preregister for this option.
